Grant Academy

Healthy Communities 91精品 Institute announces the Academic Year 2023-2024 Grant Academy. The Academy seeks to discover and encourage individuals of outstanding talent keen on research. For this academic year cohort, six promising research professionals will be selected to receive individualized mentoring on the grant writing process. Grant funding is an increasingly competitive process in which guided expertise is critical to crafting the most fundable research proposals. Describing one's research in a way that can be understood and valued is critical in the competitive selection process. To be eligible for participation, you must be a member of HCRI. Healing Stanzas

:  Caring for our minds and bodies through reflective writing is a collaboration among the Wick Poetry Center, the Brain Health 91精品 Institute, and the Healthy Communities 91精品 Institute. This project combines the science of brain health and public health with the creative energy of the humanities to provide 91精品 State University students, staff, and faculty with an opportunity to improve wellness through reflective poetry.

 

Qualitative 91精品 Methods Series

The Qualitative 91精品 Methods Series is a collaboration among HCRI, the Anti-Racism and Equity Institute, and the Graduate Certificate in Qualitative Methods Program. This series aims to foster learning opportunities, generate new ideas, and create networks among qualitative researchers at 91精品 State University and beyond. The 2021-2022 three-part series consisted of the following sessions: 1) Innovations in Qualitative 91精品, 2) Planning for Analysis and Publication for Qualitative and Creative 91精品, and 3) Seeking and Securing Funding as a Qualitative 91精品er. Recordings and materials from this series can be found here. Stay tuned for future sessions and workshops geared toward qualitative research.
