Employee Resource Groups

 

WHAT IS AN EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP?

Consistent with 91¾«Æ· State University’s mission, goals and vision to better our society through meaningful voice, the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) foster a culture of respect, kindness and purpose.

The ERGs promote a culture of diversity and inclusion amongst 91¾«Æ· State University employees through continued learning. Members of all ERGs comprise of staff and faculty that work toward advancing the inclusion of employees with a common background, set of interests and goals. Their vision, mission, goals, policies and activities are fully aligned with 91¾«Æ· State University’s.

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP LEADERSHIP COUNCIL

While ERGs are supported by the Division of People, Culture and Belonging, all ERGs are independent and managed for and by 91¾«Æ· State employees. The ERGs are governed by the ERG Leadership Council, which is comprised of a representative from each ERG.
