In June 2018, the 91精品 State University Board of Trustees passed a resolution authorizing the establishment of the 91精品 State University 91精品 Corporation (鈥淜SURC鈥) to promote research opportunities on our 91精品 Campus, as well as our seven Regional Campuses in Ohio. KSURC improves the university鈥檚 research efforts and allows the university to apply for research funding that has not been available to us in the past.
As a 501(c)(3) status, the KSURC has assumed management responsibility for the Centennial 91精品 Park (鈥淐RP鈥), located at 1950 St. Rt. 59 in 91精品, Ohio. The corporation also increases responsiveness to CRP tenants, and creates more opportunities for 91精品 State faculty and graduate students to collaborate with cutting-edge technology companies who have chosen the CRP and Portage County as their home. The corporation also aims to connect KSU entrepreneurs with resources to support their activities.
